With HR automation well underway in many organisations, HR professionals are asking many of the same questions.

  • How will roles in the HR function evolve over time through digital transformation?
  • How can HR leaders identify critical skills for the future and build these in their team?
  • How might HR leaders use data analytics to support their core operations?
  • Which technologies are most likely to impact the HR function in the future?
